How can I pay for my order?

How is my order shipped?

Penny’s Print is able to ship all items and products Australia-wide. All items are shipped registered or tracked.

Local delivery starts from $10 for up to 5kgs. A shipping quote will be provided upon receipt of your location, order quantity and size.

Please note: Items over 1000mm in length will be shipped folded (such as banners) due to shipping restrictions unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply for shipping items over 1000mm in length.

How do I get free shipping on my order?

Simply place an order over $1000 in value (exclusive of shipping) and we offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide. If you require your item urgently please ensure it is shipped as a Express or Platinum service (not covered by free shipping).

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Our stated general turn around time is 7-10 business days from artwork approval or payment received – which ever is later. However in many instances you will receive your items faster. As a general rule of thumb – if you order your item this week you will get it next week.

However if you require your items faster please let us know in advance to see if we are able to assist with a priority production and express shipping. Additional charges apply for such services.

Is GST included in the price?

All prices quoted on the website or via email are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

What format should I prepare my artwork?

Artwork is recommended to be a minimum 220dpi for high quality print. We prefer to receive high quality .PDF files. However we can also accept .PSD (photoshop), .JPG or .TIFF files up to 10mb via our website. Please ensure artwork is flattened.

What is your price guarantee?

Simply put we’ll beat any price you have been quoted for your banner items. But here’s the fine print. Price guarantee is based on an identical, non-promotional item, Australian-based item. There is a range of quality available for banners and their hardware and an official quote or email is required to be provided to verify the price.

In a rare instance where we are unable to beat the price we will offer $50 credit against any future orders placed with Penny’s Banners.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us within 7 days. We apologize for such issues and will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

However please note we do not provide refunds unless items have been misprinted due to our error or damaged via transit (as per the courier’s insurance policy). It is the client’s responsibility to check all artwork proofs or artwork provided is correct when supplied.

We cannot offer refunds for colour errors, poor print quality due to poor artwork, delayed freight due to courier service or damaged products due to human or natural elements.

All items with issues are to be returned within 28 days, at the buyers expense, where upon our production team will inspect the issue and you will be provided a reprint, credit or refund.
